NOVARKI LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operates the DASPR mobile application ("Daily Available (Safe) Spend Pulse Record"). At DASPR, privacy isn't just a feature — it's foundational to our entire approach. We built DASPR with a "privacy by design" philosophy, ensuring that your financial data remains where it belongs: on your device and under your control.

1. Information We DO NOT Collect

Unlike most financial applications, DASPR is designed to work without collecting, storing, or transmitting your personal financial data to our servers:

  • We DO NOT require user accounts or email addresses
  • We DO NOT store your financial transactions on our servers
  • We DO NOT have access to your spending patterns
  • We DO NOT see your income, expenses, or savings goals
  • We DO NOT connect to banks or financial institutions
  • We DO NOT use your financial data for any purpose

2. Information That Stays On Your Device

All of the following information remains exclusively on your device:

  • Financial transactions you manually enter
  • Income and expense information
  • Daily Safe Spend calculations
  • Flex Buffer accumulation
  • Transaction categories and descriptions
  • Safety Reserve amounts
  • Spread Plans for large expenses
  • Financial Freedom Days calculations
  • Choice Points earned
  • All historical spending data

This information is stored in an encrypted database on your device using industry-standard encryption.

3. Subscription Management

DASPR uses your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) for subscription management. We verify subscription status using anonymous device identifiers without collecting personal information. No email addresses or user accounts are required.

Subscription data is managed according to Apple's and Google's privacy policies for their respective app stores. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status, not your personal payment information.

4. Optional Device Permissions

DASPR may request certain permissions only when you choose to enable specific features. All permissions are optional and you have complete control over them:

  • Biometric Authentication (Optional): If you choose to enable app lock, you may use fingerprint or face recognition to unlock the app. This biometric data is managed entirely by your device's operating system — we never access or store it.
  • Notifications (Optional): If you enable reminders, DASPR can send you daily spending reminders and weekly summaries. You control the timing and frequency of these notifications.
  • Cloud Storage Access (Optional): If you choose to create backups, DASPR can save encrypted backups to your personal iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android) account. These backups are encrypted before leaving your device.

You can enable or disable any of these permissions at any time through your device's settings or within the DASPR app.

5. Data Security

Even though we don't store your financial data on our servers, we take security seriously:

  • All locally stored data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption
  • Optional biometric authentication provides additional security
  • Cloud backups are encrypted with a key derived from your PIN before leaving your device
  • All communication with our servers (for subscription verification only) uses TLS encryption

6. Your Data Control Rights

You have complete control over your data:

  • Access: View all your data directly in the app at any time
  • Correction: Edit any transaction or setting directly in the app
  • Deletion: Delete individual transactions or use the "Reset All Data" function in settings
  • Backup: Create encrypted backups that can be restored to any device with your PIN
  • Portability: Data export functionality is planned for a future release

7. Cloud Backups

If you choose to enable cloud backups, DASPR offers secure backup options:

  • iOS Users: Encrypted backups can be stored in your personal iCloud account
  • Android Users: Encrypted backups can be stored in your personal Google Drive account

Important: Backups are encrypted before being stored in your cloud account. For maximum security, ensure your iCloud or Google Drive account has strong password protection and two-factor authentication enabled.

8. Future Features

As DASPR evolves, we may introduce new optional features that could include:

  • Data Export: The ability to export your financial data in standard formats (CSV, PDF)
  • Receipt Scanning: Camera permission to capture and process receipts on-device
  • Anonymous Analytics: Opt-in aggregated usage statistics to improve the app (would never include financial data)
  • Bank Connections: Optional integration with financial institutions for automatic transaction import

Any new features will be optional and clearly explained before you choose to enable them. We will update this privacy policy accordingly and notify you of any significant changes.

9. Children's Privacy

DASPR is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the app.
